Ex display - some light dirt on soles and small white mark on boot. 
Zip gets stuck on cushioning inside boot along Achilles tendon area. (Approx inline with where you can see the leather padding change) 
May start to work properly when used and start to mould, otherwise you can still slide your foot out without having to pull the zip completely down.
