Orders are generally dispatched in 1-2 working days, on occasion this may go into a 3rd day and would automatically & free of charge be upgraded to 24 hour tracked should this be the case - If you require your item urgently please leave a comment in the notes section located at the bottom of the cart page, alternatively you can contact Lizzie via any of the contact options located at the bottom of every page. Large orders may arrive in multiple parcels due to size & weight allowances, orders outside of the size allowance are posted with Parcelforce using the same shipping speed as requested when ordered.

Please also be aware if you request any washing/repairs to be carried out on an item this may also add further delays to dispatch time while works are  carried out.
