Has some hairs/hay bits stuck to rug. Repair to chest strap, few pulls to outside/inside. 
Labelled 6’3 - rug has shrunk a lot. Measured 5’3 but material is stretchy so may be better on 5’6 as these materials are known to stretch and slip back. 
Better suited for a chunky pony with bigger neck/shoulders. Alternatively you could put some stitches in to tighten up around shoulder area.
