No fillet string. Couple small nicks to outside/inside and wear to trim on chest. Missing Velcro strep from neck but shouldn’t affect use and it have the main Velcro strip. 
Neck waterproof lining has rubbed where mane has been pressed so wouldn’t be very waterproof. May benefit removing the neck or folding it inside over shoulders. Few stitches come undone on neck/shoulder trim.
