Small snag to the fabric on the hind end.
Couple of tiny holes to the lining inside the chest.
Missing fillet string.
Cleanliness
Would benefit from being washed before use.

The chest buckle would benefit from being replaced. Alternatively, the other strap could be cut off so the rug can be used with a single strap and buckle.
