Good condition, has been cleaned but gotten dirty in storage. Unusual neck attachments so wouldn’t suit a horse that plays with their rug/field mates at the straps are accessible.
High quality fabric very similar to the shires stormcheeta which is 2000D so would say this is near that quality denier.
