Needs a good wash, Velcro is well worn almost no sticky left. 
Chest clips missing but can be done up with belt buckle type fastening. No fillet string. 
Various areas of damage to lining, worse to shoulder pleat  where it’s come unstitched.
Damage to trim at bottom of pleat, tail flap partly detached, surcingle has some stitches come undone.
