Used - has rusting to buckles. Some of the passoa clips are a little bit stiff but they all work. The loops/hooks that allow you to shorten and lengthen the passoa has rusted and will only move on one side. The size closest to the end of the passoa rope is seized on but the side that you’d thread through to re-side does move after a wiggle. May be worth replacing the hooks as they could break/bend if horse applied to much pressure to them.
