New with tags, has been tried on so some stray hairs and may have very light dirt marks. 
Small manufacture fault on base of neck where fabric has come out (or was never sewn in) to the trim. 
Happy to hand sew this back in place free of charge - if you’d like this doing please leave request in checkout notes and allow for extra dispatch time. 
Would affect the use of the rug but if snagged it could pull out more so would suggest repairing either way.
