Generally clean, has a few small rips and teeny mini holes.  missing one neck Velcro and one chest buckle has come partly un stitched. 
Happy to repair the chest buckle and Add some form of Velcro Tab to the neck to make it usable. If you would like this doing, please request in checkout note and allow for extra dispatch time.
