Condition
A few loose threads to the outside.
Some small nicks and rips to the lining.
One leg strap clip is stiff.
The other leg strap clip is completely seized.
The label has rubbed off.
Cleanliness
Would benefit from being washed before use.
Additional Notes
Both leg straps have been left attached in case they are salvageable.
Appears to have a broad fit.
